How it works

Bise Market connects riders who buy and sell used kite, wing and foil gear in Switzerland. Payment goes through the platform and stays on hold until the buyer has the gear.

Selling

  1. Log in with your e-mail. No password: you receive a login link.
  2. Post your listing. Category, brand, model, size, condition, price and up to 10 photos. Free, up to 10 active listings.
  3. Answer questions in the messages. Never share your IBAN or a payment link: payment only happens on the platform.
  4. When a buyer pays, the listing is reserved. Before your first sale, Stripe, our payment provider, verifies your identity and IBAN: 5 minutes online.
  5. Hand over the gear. In person, the buyer gives you a 6-digit code to enter. By Swiss Post, you enter the tracking number within 5 days.
  6. You get paid once confirmed, or 48 hours after delivery without a complaint. The payout reaches your bank account within a few business days.

Sell my gear

Buying

  1. Search by category, price, canton, condition or size.
  2. Ask your questions to the seller in the messages.
  3. Pay by card or TWINT. The price shown includes the buyer protection fee (CHF 2 + 5 %).
  4. Receive the gear. In person, check it, then give your code to the seller. By Swiss Post, you have 48 hours after delivery to report a problem.
  5. Rate the seller. Ratings help the whole community.

If something goes wrong

If the gear does not match the listing, report it before the deadline. The money stays on hold, we review the messages and photos, then decide: payout to the seller, full or partial refund. See Buying and selling safely.
