No more transfers to strangers and parcels that never arrive. The money is held at Stripe, our payment provider, in the seller’s name. It only moves once the hand-over is done.

Hand-over at the spot? Protected too.
You get a 6-digit code. Check the inflated wing or the assembled foil, then give the seller the code: that’s what releases their payment. No code, no money.

Questions we get asked
Is selling really free?
Yes. You list, you sell, you get your full price. Only the buyer pays CHF 2 + 5 % for the protection.
Can I pay with TWINT?
Yes, as soon as the seller has activated it, otherwise by card. Either way, the money stays on hold until hand-over.
What if the gear doesn’t match the listing?
Report it within 48 hours. The money stays on hold, we look at the messages and photos, then decide: full or partial refund, or payment to the seller.
When does the seller get paid?
As soon as the buyer confirms, or 48 hours after delivery without a complaint. The payout then arrives within a few business days.
Why not just a bank transfer between us?
Because if it goes wrong, nobody can help you. Here, the money only goes to the seller once the hand-over is done.
Can I have several accounts?
No: one account per person, for life. After every sale, the buyer rates the seller and the seller rates the buyer. Nobody can wipe their ratings by starting over with a new account.
